Are You Sick & Tired Enuff of Being Sick & Tired, To Do Something About It?
Believe me, I've been there said that ("I'm So Sick & Tired"), so many times in my past, I stopped counting a decade ago!
Ironically, it was that 'So Sick & Tired' feeling that all but forced me to take a step back, outside the picture, so I could get a real good look at my life.
I didn't like what I saw, but I was determined to 'fix whatever it was', so off I went, to search the internet to find out... how!
In the early days I didnt think 'I needed any kind of self help, afterall it wasn't the problem, 'they were' right? Wrong!
I would have to get past 'the ego' and all of it's defence mechanisums... anf take a real good look inside myself, which eventually led me to become the person I so desperately needed back then, A Personal Empowerment Guru! But man oh man, I had to be soooo Sick and Tired of being So Sick and Tired, that I stopped fighting my inner proctors... and sat them all down for a 'family chat'!
But I'm not talking just .... Sick & Tired of Being Sick & Tired... I'm talking about - HAVE YOU HAD ENUFF!
I had no idea what Life Coaching or becoming a Strategic Intervention Specialist was about, I just knew in 2001 when I tried to divorce my abusive ex-husband.. he was set on destroy...and if I didn't do something about it, things were gonna get ugly! I'll get more into what brought me to this place in life in the 'about me' section...
I just want you to know from the start, that if you've found yourself here with an issue that needs addressing or a goal you feel is out of reach, you're not alone! The best of us have issues at some point in our lives. Don't be naive, even therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists have issues... period. We all get 'stuck' and aren't always sure which road to take!
In the past when issues arose I found that it helped me to stay focused knowing that someone always has it harder than I do! When you think about what others or even ourselves at some point have overcome, it's amazing.
However, I'm always aware that whether big or little, every 'stressful situation' we encounter in life has the potential to, and most always does, affect us on a more profound level than we think.. no worries though it can all be worked through no matter what, and guess what .. the best part of all is..No, is it's not personal!

What's all the rave lately about Strategic Intervention Specialists & Holistic Life Coaching?
Strategic Intervention Specialist and Holistic Life Coach are relatively new concepts for most. So, on that note, I'm going to touch on what a Strategic Intervention Specialist & Holistic Life Coach does and doesn't do. Oh and by the way, what we do is usually done on the phone, via skype or if you prefer in person (depending on your geographical location) so you get to work on you, while you're relaxing in the comfort of your own home if you so chose to! I also accept emails during sessions if you need help before your scheduled session.
Although I can and will get you from the here and now where you may feel stuck, stressed, or whatever other reason you have for not being fulfilled, happy and stress free, to the outstanding future where you most definitely need to be! We aren't magicians or undercover witchcraft practitioners, you'll have to want a better life and be willing to work to get it. Not to hard though, I don't usually crack my whip (smile)!
Although I carry a whip (smile), as a Strategic Intervention Specialist, & a Holistic Life Coach I will not be taking your free will away and trying to replace it with what I want you to do.. nor do I play the role of a therapist or any other role in the mental health field whatsoever. However whip or not, I will hold you accountable to what needs to be done; unlike therapy, where the patient talks about 'stuff' and the relationship goes on from there. In a Strategic Intervention, Holistic Life Coaching session, the client...'you' and I are partners, we work together, you tell me where you want to be and together we'll figure out how to get you there! It's almost that simple (wink)!
So, for the record, or in case you missed it up there ^ I want to make sure I was clear.. I have no letters in front of, or behind my name and I'm fine with that, (actually as large as I write, I wouldn't be able to fit anything else near my signature!) Ok, Ok, yes I was joking.. but back to the serious stuff... I will help you help yourself, I will hold you accountable to yourself, I'm not a magician, I'm not a therapist, I'm not your mother, sister, lover or your wife, and while we're at it, I might as well tell you that I am not religious but I am spiritual!
So besides spiritual, what am I and how can I help you? Once you sign on to work with me, I will be your confidant, your friend, someone who really cares about you and your future, your go to person who has the answers, someone who will make you smile when you want to scream, someone that is going to help you make the transformation you need to achieve your goals and if that's not enough.. the side effects of this partnership are that you will fill the void within... although you may not have been aware that there was one there before... you will know it's been filled when you realize that you have this overall totally centered happiness that you didn't have before. Hiring A Strategic Intervention Specialist, Holistic Life Coach
There are at least a dozen reasons and or combinations of reasons to hire a Strategic Intervention, Holistic Life Coach, here are a few:
(1) Your life is wonderful, yet you feel there's something missing and you can't quite put your finger on it.

Mission Statement
I know deep in my heart that I was born to help people help themselves to be the best they can possibly be. I know people have everything within themselves that they need for a fabulous and rewarding life! My 'Mission & Vision'.. is to passionately guide each of my clients back within themselves to find it.
No matter what obstacles are in the way, together we will face them head on and work through them one at a time..
I will not stop until each & every person's life I have touched, is in a happier, healthier, wealthier, higher functioning, more peaceful place than where I found it.
I have been for quite some time now; dedicated to playing a major role in making this planet a better place to be, one client at a time. I have every intention on keeping my dedication as intense as it is now, always has been, and always will be!
I started this mission ten years ago; to help as many people as I can, to live more fulfilling lives.. and I don't see 'My Mission' coming to an end anytime soon...
